From stealth startups to defense deals, the future is moving fast… and we’ve got front-row seats. This week, Grok hits the enterprise circuit via Oracle, Palmer Luckey teases his next big moonshot, and OpenAI teams up with Anduril to bring AI to the Pentagon. Oh, and Ramp just added another $200M to its war chest because... why not? The intersection of AI, fintech, and national defense has never looked more electric. Let’s dive in.
📡 Radar
🗣️ xAI’s Grok Goes Enterprise
xAI’s Grok models are now running on Oracle Cloud, giving Elon’s chatbot its first major enterprise distribution channel. Oracle will integrate Grok into its AI infrastructure and apps, while xAI gets scale, stability, and new enterprise use cases. Another quiet but strategic expansion from Team Musk. Oracle
🛡️ OpenAI and Anduril Land DoD Deal
OpenAI just landed a $200 million contract from the U S Department of Defense to deliver cutting edge AI tools for cybersecurity, operations, and intel analysis. Anduril, one of our portfolio companies, is playing a key role in the partnership. We love seeing our portfolio companies team up on high impact initiatives. This deal shows that AI is quickly becoming a core pillar of national defense and the opportunity at the intersection of AI and defense is only getting bigger. CNBC
🏛️ Palmer Luckey Is Back at It
Erebor is Palmer Luckey’s stealth stage digital bank built for the innovation economy. While details are still emerging, it is rumored to feature crypto native infrastructure and may let users borrow against assets like startup equity and digital holdings. We typically focus on late stage deals, but with Palmer (and Joe Lonsdale) involved, this one has our full attention. NY Post
Of course, we are working on an allocation. Stay tuned.
💰 Ramp Reloaded With $200M
Ramp just raised $200 million at a $16 billion valuation, up from $13 billion earlier this year. The company is leaning into AI to streamline spend, accounting, and procurement. One of the most durable fintechs in the market. We are working on an allocation for LFG. Yahoo Finance
We are also working on an allocation of Ramp.
💸 Elon’s X Marks the Fintech Spot
Elon Musk is aiming to turn X from a micro‑blogging platform into a one-stop financial hub—with investing, payments, tipping, and banking features all packed into one app. It’s a bold pivot: if it works, X could evolve beyond social media, but first it must overcome serious regulatory hurdles and rebuild advertising credibility. 🧠 Wisdom
🦍 Evolution By Open Mind
If you fear being wrong, you will avoid failure — but avoiding failure blocks learning and innovation. No one is right all the time (especially not those in meetings who act like they always have the answer). Ask questions. Embrace mistakes. Keep an open mind to grow. Suspend your ego. Be radically honest when you assess your weaknesses. #AlwaysLearning

∞ Endless Content Is Here
This commercial is a wild ride (yes, it actually aired), with every scene crafted entirely by AI, making it hard not to imagine how hyper-personalized advertising will soon dominate all the screens we interact with. The future is going to be a wild place with infinite custom content. IP lawyers better get their pens ready.
Kalshi hired me to make the most unhinged NBA Finals commercial possible.
Network TV actually approved this GTA-style madness 🤣
High-dopamine Veo 3 videos will be the ad trend of 2025.

⚓️ Spend Your Precious Time Wisely
Protect your most valuable asset. Yes, the ROI on capital is important, but don’t forget about the ROI of your time. Respect your time and the time of others. You can’t buy more time. There’s no app or AI for that… yet.
